Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about Third Opinion.

Understand the educational scope, inquiry process, workshop boundaries, product links and relationship to Hanztastic.

Is Third Opinion a medical practice?

No. Third Opinion provides general wellness education, reflective resources and general wellness support. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure disease, provide emergency care or create a clinician-patient relationship.

Can I ask for individualized health advice?

You may ask general educational questions, but Third Opinion cannot evaluate your history or recommend a personal diagnosis or treatment plan. Use an appropriately licensed healthcare professional for decisions specific to your circumstances.

Does an inquiry confirm a workshop or consultation?

No. An inquiry begins a conversation. Audience, topic, scope, format, timing, availability, fees, travel and other terms must be confirmed directly before an engagement exists.

Is Third Opinion the same business as Hanztastic?

No. Third Opinion Holistic Health Care, LLC and Hanztastic Massage & Spa, LLC are separate businesses with separate websites, inquiry records, pipelines and purposes. Third Opinion inquiries are not routed into Hanztastic.

What topics can an educational inquiry cover?

General inquiries may concern wellness literacy, sustainable routines, preparing questions for healthcare visits, workshops, speaking, Ruben's book, resources or products. The response remains educational and does not become individualized clinical care.

Can an organization invite Ruben to speak?

Yes. Share the organization, audience, general objective, possible dates and whether the format is in person or virtual. Sending that information does not confirm availability or terms.

How are book and product links handled?

External destinations are identified and operate under their own terms. If Third Opinion ever receives compensation, a commission, a free product or another material benefit connected to a recommendation, that relationship will be disclosed clearly near the relevant link.

Where should I send private medical information?

Do not send diagnoses, symptoms, medications, treatment records or other sensitive medical details through the public form, ordinary email or workshop inquiry. Contact your licensed healthcare professional through the channel that professional directs you to use.

How can I evaluate a wellness claim?

Check who created it, their relevant expertise, the evidence they cite, the publication date, funding or sales interests, privacy practices and important limits. Be cautious with guarantees, cure claims and urgent sales pressure.
